Have you maybe been planning to get pregnant for a while and it just hasn't worked yet? Then this free probability calculator could help you, because most couples overestimate the actual success rate and are disappointed if it hasn't worked after the 'first time' without contraception:
- Simply enter your age and the average cycle length
- Get the probability of pregnancy per cycle
- Let you show the increasing probability of pregnancy over the months

What the probabilities mean
In every female cycle, there is a certain probability that the ovum will be fertilized successfully and the pregnancy will occur. If this is 20 %, for example, this means that, statistically 20 out of 100 women will actually become pregnant after one cycle, provided that all the conditions are optimal. Of course, the individual cycle probability does not increase after several cycles, but the overall probability does. You can imagine that a few more women become pregnant after each cycle from the remaining women who are not yet pregnant. So after a certain time, for example, 90 % of women are pregnant, which means that 10 out of 100 women have not yet become pregnant.
